Great location! the hotel is situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy the Easter festivities. the rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of activities. Additionally, the staff were helpful and friendly, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay.

The parking situation was a bit challenging. Arriving by car proved to be difficult as we had to navigate through one-way streets and a pedestrian zone.

The hotel was in a great location, right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to all the main attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. the room was clean and nicely decorated, with everything we needed for our stay. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and the continental breakfast. a great experience.

The pillows in the room were not very comfortable. They seemed to be filled with feathers but were quite flat and lumpy.

Conveniently located near the central train station and Cologne's Dome, Cityclass Hotel Residence Am Dom was the perfect choice for my one-night business trip. The hotel is situated in the old city, surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants, and just a short walk away from the Rhein river. The breakfast offered was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the coffee served was top-notch.

I had a pleasant stay at Cityclass Hotel Residence Am Dom. Although there were a few minor inconveniences such as the use of the room key to turn on the electricity and the lack of a designated dining area in the room, these did not outweigh the positive aspects of the hotel.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Good location near attractions and Christmas market. Buffet breakfast included eggs, bacon, pastries, and more. Unlimited and affordable. A great base for exploring and enjoying Cologne. One 👍

I had a fantastic stay at a well-located hotel just minutes away from major attractions. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a spacious shower. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

We loved the hotel's location in the center of Köln, right in the Alter Markt square with lots of restaurant options. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the modern and updated rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was standard but good. Additionally, the hotel was close to the city centre and easy to get to from the train station, making transportation convenient.

For us, it was ideal.
